Upcycled Workshops
This Tuesday and Wednesday (16th & 17th Feb) sees Upcycled Fashion's 1 Day Workshops at The Environment Centre, Swansea. Join in and learn how to turn an old T-shirt into a summer smock top, and then later in the day take part in a group project to create a ball-gown from plastic carrier bags!
The workshops are suitable for anyone over the age of 13, and are accredited by the Youth University. You will be taught basic sewing machine stitches and create your very own upcycled item of clothing! All materials are included in the fee and both items you make will be shown at the Fair Tade and Upcycled Fashion Show at The National Waterfront Museum on Friday 5th March.
